Ramey Education Consulting is a small strategy shop by design. We take on a limited number of engagements each year so every client gets the founder's full attention — and so the work stays warm, empathetic, and relationship-driven from kickoff to close.
Meet Meg
Meg's career began in Title I public schools across the Bay Area, where she worked as a classroom teacher and college-access program leader fighting to expand opportunity for marginalized students and families. That direct experience still shapes how she approaches systems-level work today.
After many years of community-based work, Meg earned her master's in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership Studies from Stanford University and joined Education First Consulting, where she spent six years as a top-performing strategy consultant before launching Ramey Education Consulting in 2025.
